  • Smarter Scheduling: Failed transcriptions and evaluations are now automatically retried, reducing manual work.
  • Improved Reliability: Records are locked during processing so the same call won’t be picked up twice.
  • Permissions-Based UI: The app now shows only the tabs and options you’re allowed to access.
  • EULA Compliance: Users will be prompted to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA), and acceptance is tracked.

  • More Robust Experience: Background jobs now have timeouts, errors are handled gracefully, and logging is more consistent.
